  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional charge of ₹50 (as displayed at checkout).

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown before payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, we will not be responsible for delivery failure.

If a COD order is returned due to non-acceptance, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

✔ Do not accept the parcel

✔ Share photos/videos for verification

7. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, SAMRUDHA AYURVEDA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
